United Wellness & Sports Rehab has proudly served athletes and active individuals of all levels for over 28 years. Our practice is known for its specialized focus on advanced soft tissue manipulation and performance-based rehabilitation. Our clinical leadership includes a Physical Therapist who previously served as Director of Rehabilitation for the Washington Redskins for 13 years, bringing elite-level experience and insight to our team.
We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population—including athletes and individuals of all ages and activity levels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports medicine and rehabilitation, with experience in post-surgical care and performance-based treatment. Proficiency or interest in techniques such as dry needling is highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is committed to ongoing professional development, and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal function and long-term wellness.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapist License required. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Experience working with athletes and sports-related injuries preferred. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation. Experience or certification in dry needling preferred. Proficiency in manual therapy and soft tissue techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
