Shape the future of cardiovascular care as Vice President, Cardiovascular Service Line Operations with Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, New York!
The Position
The Vice President, Cardiovascular Service Line Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for cardiovascular services across Rochester Regional Health, supporting approximately 40 locations and eight hospitals throughout the system.
Key priorities include identifying opportunities for service line growth, advancing physician affiliation and partnership strategies, strengthening operational and financial performance, and ensuring cardiovascular services are effectively coordinated across the system.
This leader will be a sophisticated, business-minded healthcare executive and a confident, collaborative relationship builder who can effectively navigate a complex health system, establish credibility with physicians and senior leaders, and respectfully challenge existing practices when needed. The successful candidate will bring strong emotional intelligence and an ability to build upon the relationships and culture established by a well-regarded predecessor.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
Four or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience required, with demonstrated service line expertise and experience overseeing personnel, budgets, programs, and projects.
Cardiovascular experience preferred but not required; experience leading other complex clinical service lines will be considered.
Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $250,000 - $325,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
