Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 4 cath lab suites
· Patient Ratios :N/A
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : N/A
· Type of equipment : Philips & GE Cath Lab Equipment
· Documentation system: EMR is Meditech / Cath Lab Documentation is Mac Lab
· Scheduling requirements: 40 hours per week / 4 x 10 hours shifts / minimum of 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month of call / Holiday call coverage if assignment overlaps with a holiday
· Floating policy: N/A
· Patient Experience requirements: Requires at least 2 years of cath lab experience (preferably having already had travel experience) This lab averages 18 – 20 cases per day
Hospital Specifics-
· Certifications: ACLS / BLS / ARRT or RCIS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: Must be able to scrub all related cardia catheterization procedures and pan the x-ray table.
Must have: ACLS / BLS / ARRT or RCIS
Advanced skills needed: Candidate must
have diagnostic and interventional cardiology experience as well as STEMI response experience as the call component requires STEMI call coverage.
Procedures performed on units: Diagnostic and interventional coronary angiograms / structural heart (TAVR/ M-TEER / T-TEER / LAAO / EVAR / TEVAR / PFO Closures; vascular and peripheral related angiograms, electrophysiology studies and all related ablations, all device implants
Certifications Required: any related licensure (ACLS / BLS / ARRT or RCIS)
