Cherry Blossom PACE is seeking a compassionate, participant-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Alexandria, Virginia. Unlike traditional outpatient or productivity-driven settings, PACE allows you to spend meaningful one-on-one time with participants while developing individualized care plans that help them remain safe, independent, and thriving in their own homes.
As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you'll work alongside physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, recreation therapists, dietitians, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care. You'll evaluate participants across clinic, home, and community settings, develop treatment plans focused on maximizing independence, and play an integral role in helping prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and nursing home placement.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license
- One year of experience working with a frail or older adult population, or willingness to complete organization-approved training upon hire
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to provide care in clinic, home, and community-based settings
- Commitment to participant-centered, respectful, and culturally responsive care
- Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
