Description
If you’re a physical therapist who’s feeling burned out by the pace and limitations of traditional outpatient care, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep working that way.
At GOLDEN PT & PILATES, we’ve built a different kind of practice. One that prioritizes quality over volume, gives you the time to think and treat effectively, and allows you to actually enjoy the work you’ve trained so hard to do. Our new space in Golden was designed to support a more intentional way of practicing—calm, well-equipped, and centered around delivering truly individualized care.
A Different Model of Care
We are a primarily cash-based practice, which means:
No double-booking or juggling multiple patients at once
More one-on-one time to deliver meaningful results
The ability to work with motivated, health-conscious clients who value what you do
We do accept Medicare, which helps us maintain a well-rounded and sustainable caseload.
At our practice you’ll have access to tools such as shockwave therapy and have the opportunity to collaborate with peers in our integrated Pilates environment—helping clients not just recover, but continue progressing long after pain is gone.
We’re currently looking for a part-time physical therapist that is motivated to help build their schedule. This is an ideal role for someone who:
Is tired of the “see more, do more, document more” cycle, wants to practice with more intention and less pressure, and enjoys working with active adults who are invested in their health. Pilates experience is a plus, but not required. If you’re the right fit, we offer strong education and mentorship opportunities to help you grow into this model with confidence.
This can be a good fit for you if....
You are looking for a slower, more sustainable pace of care, a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, and appreciate a work environment that makes coming to work enjoyable. As a physical therapist in a cash-based setting you must be comfortable selling the value of physical therapy - both to current clients and at occasional community events. We currently have need for a part-time therapist but are open to expanding the role to full-time for the right person. We offer many opportunities to grow clinically and professionally, including through our role as a Balanced Body Authorized Training Center for Pilates education.
