Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking experienced Physical Therapists who want more than a treatment schedule. $90,000-$110,000+ base salary

Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Develop and manage individualized plans of care
Deliver exceptional patient-centered outcomes
Complete timely and accurate documentation within PROMPT EMR
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
Participate in clinical quality initiatives

Leadership Responsibilities

Mentor newer clinicians and students
Participate in recruiting and retention initiatives
Support clinical education and development programs
Assist with specialty program growth and development
Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities
Help strengthen CPT's culture and clinical excellence

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
Minimum 3+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Interest in mentorship, education, and professional development
Specialty certifications or advanced training are welcomed but not required
