Concierge Physical Therapy is seeking experienced Physical Therapists who want more than a treatment schedule. This role combines direct patient care with opportunities for mentorship, clinical leadership, program development, community outreach, and professional growth.

Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Develop and manage individualized plans of care
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within PROMPT EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
- Participate in clinical quality initiatives
Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor newer clinicians and students
- Participate in recruiting and retention initiatives
- Support clinical education and development programs
- Assist with specialty program growth and development
- Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities
- Help strengthen CPT's culture and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
- Minimum 3+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Interest in mentorship, education, and professional development
- Specialty certifications or advanced training are welcomed but not required
