• Trauma center setting
• 20 ICU beds
• 25 ORs
• 2 OB suites
• 21 MD / 49 CRNA care team model
• Collaborative perioperative infrastructure

• No offsite anesthesia requirements

Clinical Scope
Broad surgical case mix including:

• Neuro
• Gastroenterology
• Electrophysiology
• Cath Lab
• General Surgery
• Gynecology
• Obstetrics
• Orthopedics
• Healthy Pediatrics over age 2

• ABA Certification Required
• Active Oregon Medical License
• DEA, ACLS, PALS Required
• Comfortable within collaborative care team model
• Broad general anesthesia skillset preferred
