Requirements Facility: WellSpan Chambersburg HospitalSpecialty: Electrophysiology APPStart Date: 9/1Contract Length: ongoingShift Details: Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8a-6p flexibleWork Details:Support Staff: 1 assigned clinical team• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FULL-TIME 40 hours per week• Patients per day: 18• Patient Population/Age: 18-100• Department Description: Intervention/Electrophysiology• EMR: EPIC• Hospital Bed size: 270• Special Procedures: not performed by APP however may see at any point postoperatively• Interventional Cardiology: R/LHC PCI Balloon Angioplasty Balloon Pump• Electrophysiology: Pacemaker Implant ICD implant traditional and sub-Q Loop recorder implant and/or explant Ablations: AVN SVT AFLUTTER• Skills Required: Cardiology/Interventional/ElectrophysiologyPractice Setting: select as many as needed• Academic/Training: Yes• Clinic/Private Practice: Yes• Hospital: YesRequirements:• Board Certification: NP or PA certification• License Required: Yes• DEA: Yes• Certifications Required: ACLS/BLS• Minimum Experience Required:Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days temps available with clean file Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 08:00 - 18:00
