Founded in 2012 by Dr. Roy Rivera, Jr., PT, PhD, DPT, MCHES, Elation Physical Therapy has grown into a nationally recognized practice known for its patient-centered, inclusive approach to rehabilitation. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Elation operates multiple physical locations in the area and provides telehealth services across the state, making care accessible to a diverse range of communities. From the beginning, Elation Physical Therapy has been committed to clinical excellence, cultural humility, and health equity, with a strong emphasis on serving LGBTQ+ individuals and others often overlooked in traditional healthcare settings.
