We are looking for a full-time pediatric physical therapist to join our dynamic team. Our therapists collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive assessment to determine a treatment plan based on a child's unique needs. Our therapists focus on functional independence in all areas of daily living and the progression of age-appropriate developmental skills in a child's home, community, and school environments. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in home community care, pediatrics, orthopedics, or outpatient settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including inpatient care approaches.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy.
