At Optimize Pelvic Health, we believe in exceptional patient outcomes come from exceptional clinicans.
We are looking for therapists who genuinely enjoys working with complex problems, continual learning and wants to become an expert in pelvic health through a structure mentorship and clinical guidance.
Every patient receives a 1:1 care with a pelvic floor specialist for 55 minutes. We use a systematic whole body assessment that evaluates the pelvic floor along side the stress nervous system, organ mobility, orthopedic influences and movement patterns to determine why the symptoms developed, not just where the pain is.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pelvic health evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed clinical reasoning.
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education.
Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in mentorship meetings, journal reviews, and case discussions.

What We Offer
We provide a salary position to allow for financial stability and predictability for our employees
$55–$65/hour equivalent (salary will depend on hours worked (32, 35, 40 hr/week or part time hours available)
$45/hr equivalent during the 3-4 month training period.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) California Physical Therapy License (or eligibility) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Desire to specialize in pelvic health Preferred
