Location: Homes and school settings across Long Island, NY
Position Type: Per Diem | 1099 Contractor
Pay up to $100 an hour!
Pay per visit:
$75 for 30 min
$85 for 45 min
$100 for 1 hour

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking experienced Therapists to provide adult, geriatric, and pediatric Physical Therapy services in both school and home environments throughout Long Island. This flexible, per diem opportunity is ideal for therapists who want to make a meaningful impact in patients' daily lives, whether returning home from an injury, in the classroom, or at preferring to receive service at home.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized therapy sessions in school or home settings
Support development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care routines
School settings - collaborate with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to meet IEP goals and care plans
Create and implement personalized treatment strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during sessions
Additional duties as needed

Requirements
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapy license and registration in New York State
Minimum 1 year of adult, geriatric, or pediatric experience (preferably in school setting)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Physical exam and QuantiFERON within the past year
MMR titers within the last 5 years
Malpractice insurance
NPI number
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during sessions
