Job Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based physical therapy for patients with postoperative, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to enhance function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMR systems.

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
