Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is hiring licensed Physical Therapists across our award-winning system of hospitals and care settings in eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Physical Therapists evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function following injury, illness, or disability. They develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, using a range of therapeutic techniques while continuously monitoring progress and adjusting care as needed. PTs collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to support recovery and safe discharge planning. They also ensure timely and accurate documentation, supervise support staff or students as appropriate, and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
