Job Description
The Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. This role works closely with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required
Doctorate (DPT or Ph.D.) preferred
Prior experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
Residency or fellowship training in a physical therapy specialty preferred
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and professional maturity
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking patients
Required Licenses & Certifications
Current and valid Nevada Physical Therapist license (or eligibility with licensure obtained within 90 days of hire)
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
Must obtain USC credentialing within six (6) months of hire
Board certification in a physical therapy specialty preferred
