We are seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient, insurance-based physical therapy clinic, where patient-centered care, clinician wellbeing, and professional autonomy are truly prioritized.

Why this role is different
True one-on-one care: Every patient is scheduled for 60-minute treatment sessions. Patients are never double-booked.
Private treatment rooms: Each therapist works out of their own dedicated room, allowing for discretion, focus, and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Pelvic health–focused caseload: Your schedule may be entirely pelvic floor–based or a hybrid of pelvic floor and orthopedic care, with pelvic health comprising at least 50% of your caseload.
A clinic designed for people—not production: We intentionally built a clinic that feels calm, welcoming, and human—not rushed or sterile. Privacy, comfort, and dignity are woven into the physical layout, creating an environment where both patients and therapists can thrive.

You’ll be given adequate time for evaluations, follow-ups, and documentation—within your workday. No catching up at home. No pressure to rush. No productivity quotas.

Compensation & flexibility
$110,000–$125,000 annually for a 40-hour workweek
Not productivity-based—you’re paid for your scheduled hours, regardless of cancellations
No visit targets or quotas
Flexible scheduling: Choose your days and hours at the time of hire
Full-time and part-time positions available
