- New Graduate Physical Therapist - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Orthopedic One, Central Ohio’s most trusted Orthopedic practice, is experiencing growth and adding outpatient Physical Therapists to our various central Ohio locations! Salary: New graduates at Orthopedic One can expect a starting salary of $73,000 per year. If employed full-time, new staff PT will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and following one year of experience, eligibility for quarterly productivity bonuses, ranging from $7,000-$9,000 annually. Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Evaluate and treat all patients referred for physical therapy in our state-of-the-art outpatient clinics with top-of-the-line equipment and modalities.Collaborate with physicians, therapy providers and other departments regarding evaluative findings and patient needs.Complete and submit all documentation and reports pertaining to patient evaluations and treatment plans.
Professional Qualifications Required:
- Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school of Physical TherapyCurrent, unrestricted, Ohio licensurePatient centered focus, with a strong work ethic and commitment to helping our patients get back to doing the things they love!
