We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and clinical excellence. This role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We have a brand new facility with an expansive gym and private treatment rooms which allows you to provide 1:1 patient care. Job Duties:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design personalized
treatment plans.
Employ your expertise in advanced techniques to improve your
patient's functional ability.
Communicate professionally with our network of distinguished
Physicians.
Document and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans to
ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with our entire staff to
maximize patient experience.
Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and
injury prevention strategies.

Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
CPR/First Aid certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic assessment skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
