Position: Full-time, PRN opportunities also available

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist at Shell Point Retirement Community, you will:

• Screen, evaluate, and re-evaluate residents
• Develop, revise, and implement individualized plans of care under physician supervision
• Participate in discharge planning and ongoing care adjustments
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
