Description
Northwest Medical Center, in partnership with a well-established private practice, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a high-volume, high-performance clinical practice serving a broad and diverse patient population across Southern Arizona.Position Highlights:
- Full-spectrum Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery
- Hybrid practice model with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Shared call schedule - 1:3
- Robust surgical infrastructure:
- High-volume service line with a strong referral base

Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Interest in both thoracic and cardiac casework
